MAJOR GOAL OF THIS PROJECT:
The technology volunteer quickly, but mindfully, solves unexpected or ongoing issues and become SJW’s technology solutions expert. A critical role lies in helping SJW run efficiently, make good use of new technologies and free up staff time to deliver vital services to the community.
SCOPE OF WORK:
Provide on-going computer system maintenance, troubleshooting, and training. Work well with many levels of staff. Have excellent communication skills and solid user support abilities to function as a “help desk” on computer-related issues
